Organizational skills can be an area in which many Phoenix residents may wish to improve. Having improvement in such skills could lead to individuals being better able to keep up with schedules of important tasks, such as child support payments. Missing this kind of payment can result in serious issues for parents, and child support enforcement may seem necessary.
As a result of that pending threat, some individuals may be interested in ways to be stay on schedule. Stemming from her own experiences with divorce, a woman has come up with a tool that could help organize a person’s support payment schedule and other scheduling needs surrounding the issue of child custody. This software offers different resources to help divorced individuals with calendars, payments systems and other services.
Divorce can be difficult for many people, and in their desire to end the processes quickly, they may not put much thought into how their schedules will be affected in the future. At this time, the software is being offered for free. It was noted that it could potentially acquire a service fee in the future.
Though this software could potentially be helpful, it does not serve as child support enforcement. If a Phoenix parent is not receiving their proper payment amount or not receiving it on time consistently, legal action may need to be taken. In situations such as this, concerned parents may wish to look into Arizona state laws dealing with child support to better understand what options they may have for ensuring that they receive the payments to which they are entitled.
